HealthSpan General Practice exists to reimagine how medical care is delivered in aged care. We were founded with a clear purpose: to provide consistent, high-quality GP services that meet the complex and evolving needs of older adults living in residential aged care facilities.

Too often, aged care residents experience fragmented care, long waits, and a lack of continuity. At HealthSpan, we do things differently. Our model is built around regular, scheduled GP visits, strong collaboration with facility staff, and open communication with families. We believe that every resident deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—medically and emotionally.
